4. What is SAIOP and who is it for?
SAIOP (Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program) is for individuals who need structured support for substance use recovery but do not require inpatient treatment. It includes group therapy, individual sessions, and relapse prevention planning, typically offered 3–5 days per week.

5. How is SACOT different from SAIOP?
SACOT (Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment) is a more intensive level of outpatient care. Clients attend treatment for several hours a day, up to 5 days per week. It is designed for individuals needing a higher level of support for stabilization and recovery.

Both adults and children can benefit from this service, especially when trauma has impacted emotional, behavioral, or relational functioning.

Yes, we provide outpatient and trauma-focused therapy for children and adolescents. Our clinicians are trained to work with youth experiencing emotional distress, behavioral challenges, trauma, or family disruptions.

8. What should I expect during my first appointment?

Yes, we are licensed to provide DWI assessments and treatment services that meet North Carolina court and DMV requirements. We also support clients involved in other legal or child welfare systems.
